"Loved this stay! We had great communication from the host. It was a great location near Chena Lakes, Chena Hot Springs and Fairbanks. We had laundry facilities and kitchen that was so helpful for an extended stay! The space was so accommodating for our group! Thank you!"

"Very nice rental, everything was well organized and very clean. When issues arrived, the renter was VERY responsive and the fix happened quickly. Check in and check out were smooth, with no issues even with a late check in because my flight didn’t get me there until after midnight. Very quiet and secluded place away from everything, but close to the Base, exactly what I was looking for."

"We reserved this unit last minute due to another vrbo having to cancel. It was absolutely perfect for our family! It's even more beautiful than the pictures online depict. It was our first time to Alaska in winter time and the place was cozy, had beautiful views out of the large windows. There were plenty of blanks and all the furniture was comfortable. The home was very clean, smelled good, and had plenty of all the necessities plus some extras - like a stocked coffee station, bath salts for the soaking tub, laundry detergent, kitchen storage containers. There were plenty of hooks and storage for winter gear also. The kitchen was amazing! There were enough pots, pans, serving bowls, SHARP knives, very nice equipment, which was great, since I did a lot of cooking for the family all week and for Easter dinner. The extra large table with room to spare even allowed us to have a dinner party! The upstairs suite was lovely with a comfortable bed and plenty of room. The game room worked well for our daughter to sleep in when she wasn't sleeping in the living room beause she loved the windows. It's a wonderful place, and I hope to have another opportunity to stay there. "

"Our host, Elke, was terrific! Prompt responses to meet our needs & comfort. The home was perfect! Well-equipped, clean, comfy, & inviting! The views are ah-mazing! We hit the snow mobile trails right from the house, chased the aurora, & Elke took us on a wonderful mushing adventure! Checked much off the bucket list here! HIGHLY recommend! "

"This was a great home for our needs. The house was clean and very warm and had all the basic needs. As an FYI due to the ruralness of this property do not expect anything like extra kitchen or bathroom supplies left from previous guest like in most rentals. Be sure to take all those type of items with you. We would most definelty rent this home again."
